A pastor in trouble rarely asks for help. Someone has to go get him.
Helping Leaders Last is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that walks with senior and lead pastors -- through small cohorts, retreats, seminars, and ongoing one-to-one relationships -- so that they stay healthy, stay married, stay honest, and stay in ministry for a lifetime.
Pastors are not charged what this costs. Donors carry it, which is precisely why a pastor is willing to walk through the door.
What it takes
$5,000
It costs roughly this much to fully serve one cohort pastor for a year -- the cohort itself, the retreat, and the ongoing personal investment behind both.
Founding Partners
The first 25 Founding Partners give $1,500 a year -- $125 a month, or a single gift. Founding Partners underwrite the launch of the first cohorts and receive regular reports on the work their going makes possible.
Gifts of any size matter. Recurring gifts matter most, because a pastor's hardest year doesn't arrive on a schedule.
Helping Leaders Last is a recognized 501(c)(3) organization and all gifts are tax-deductible.
